Vistage International is a peer mentoring organization for CEOs, business owners and executives of small- to mid-size businesses. Founded in 1957 as The Executive Committee, Vistage has more than 22,000 members in 20 countries. This year the Vistage Minnesota Chapter acknowledged 3 executives in Minnesota and North Dakota, out of a total of 360, at their Annual Vistage Executive Summit. These leaders were chosen in 3 different categories, based on tenure, and for the Vistage core values they exemplify. The 2018 winners: Guy Fox, President and owner of Fox Underground, Geoff Roise, President and co-owner of Lindsay Windows, and Jay Bruber, CEO of Persolvent. Fox was awarded the Impact Award for a member with Vistage tenure under 3 years. Roise was awarded the Leadership Award for members with tenure of 4 to 10 years. Bruber was awarded the Vistage Lifetime Achievement for members with tenure of over 10 years.
