I think Wayne is a really good chair who challenges you through questioning to help you understand the different perspective or see things differently. One of the things that I want to do going forward is to involve more of my senior people in the presentations that are done.
The speaker presentations at the monthly meetings are really helpful. I’ve learned a lot from the speakers and ensuing discussions on a variety of topics—everything from accountability to life balance. We have such a great group of Vistage members. It’s just been an amazing experience.
